By encasing the resistance coil in solid brass, we eliminate the aggressive temperature spikes and “cold zones” often found in standard open coil heaters.
This thermal uniformity is critical for processing temperature-sensitive polymers, ensuring a homogeneous melt and preventing material degradation or nozzle blockages.
